Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Safety Coordinator to promote a culture of safety across the Lancaster campus in USA. You will educate and influence leaders, develop and evaluate safety programs, and ensure compliance with federal and state OSHA rules while overseeing recordkeeping and investigations.

The role supports training development, incident investigations, and ongoing safety enhancements, with emphasis on documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related experience and/or training directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Prior experience in safety observations/inspections, developing and implementing compliance strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other federal safety standards, principles, practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify Managers of training requirements.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling of employees for training.
