Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to promote a culture of safety on site and ensure compliance with federal and state OSHA rules. The role includes developing safety programs, conducting training, maintaining records, and investigating accidents or near-misses at the Lancaster campus.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years related experience, with knowledge of OSHA standards and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related experience and/or training directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other federal safety standards, principles, practices and techniques.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees, including evaluation and modification of programs to meet OSHA requirements.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify Managers of training requirements or deficiencies.
• Ensure all employees have completed mandated safety training and coordinate training scheduling.
