Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an HSE Coordinator to promote a safety culture across the campus, educate leaders, and support planning, development and evaluation of safety policies and training.

You will ensure OSHA compliance, oversee accident investigations, maintain records, and drive incident prevention. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with site leadership and corporate safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience in safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety standards, principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees, including evaluation and modification to meet OSHA requirements.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify Managers of training requirements or deficiencies.
• Schedule training to keep employees compliant with safety standards.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and report findings with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
