Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Dallas, USA, is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to promote safety culture across our campus. The role supports planning, developing, delivering and evaluating safety policies, programs and training, ensuring compliance with OSHA rules and regulations, and maintaining accurate accident records.

You will work with site leadership to implement EMS procedures, conduct monthly safety meetings, and oversee training records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees in line with OSHA requirements.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify managers of training requirements or deficiencies.
• Schedule training to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of employees for training to ensure a safe workplace.
• Maintain accident statistics and analyze trends to propose remedial actions.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses with reports and recommendations for corrective action.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and coordinate with corporate safety teams on claims and return-to-work programs.
• Conduct on-site safety observations to identify hazards and ensure safety procedures are followed.
