Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Data Tech Systems team seeks a capable PM to shape the roadmap for WHS safety platforms, keeping the customer voice at the center. You will validate problems, author business requirements, and translate pain points into actionable specs while aligning leaders on priorities.

You will partner with AFT tech and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and manage training and rollout through to post-launch improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy and roadmap for safety management systems.
• Engage stakeholders across functions and translate feedback into clear requirements.
• Implement change management for product launches and iterations.
• Define metrics and validate directions using data and qualitative feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to align priorities.
