Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of employee and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site WHS program and drive safety excellence across operations.
• Partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily workflows and use data to reduce risk.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
