Job summary

Next 150 Construction seeks a Safety Program Manager to coordinate enterprise-wide safety initiatives, including training, Safety Management System implementation, and program compliance. The role supports the National Director of Safety and the safety team across multiple locations, including Indianapolis.

The candidate will develop data-driven safety solutions, dashboards, and analytics, align safety with organizational directives, and lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading multiple facilities or dispersed workforce across a large geography.
• Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE related field.
• Strong business acumen, leadership and execution of enterprise level program deployment.
• Deep understanding of EHS measurements, processes and metrics.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Professional certifications: BCSP CSP, CIH or CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of HammerTech and keep the system up to date.
• Develop automated data solutions to simplify data collection and integration.
• Develop/Manage standardized performance dashboards and analytics.
• Partner with Training, Operations, Equipment and other departments to align safety with directives.
• Analyze data from a QAQC standpoint to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with development of safety and health programs.
