Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Safety Program Manager to coordinate enterprise‑wide safety initiatives and training, reporting to the National Director of Safety. The role oversees Safety Management System implementations, program development and compliance across a large geographic workforce.

The candidate will develop automated data solutions, standardized dashboards, and cross‑functional safety alignment with Training, Operations, and Equipment teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience leading multiple facilities and/or dispersed workforce across a large geography.
• Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE related field.
• Strong business acumen, leadership and execution of enterprise level program deployment.
• Deep understanding of EHS measurements, processes and metrics.
• Strong data management, engineering, and analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT data systems and data development.
• Experience managing internal and external teams on multiple projects.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Professional certifications: BCSP safety certifications, CSP, CIH or CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of safety initiatives and programs.
• Develop automated data solutions to simplify data collection and integration.
• Develop/Manage standardized dashboards and analytics.
• Partner with Training, Operations, Equipment and other departments to align safety with directives.
• Analyze data from QA/QC standpoint to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with development of safety and health programs.
• Provide other administrative support to the safety team as needed.
