Job summary

Next 150 Construction seeks a Safety Program Manager to coordinate enterprise-wide safety initiatives and Safety Management System implementation across the organization. You will develop training, support programs, and ensure compliance, partnering with the National Director of Safety and safety team.

Required are 5 years of leadership across multiple facilities, a Bachelor’s in data management/analytics/HSE, and BCSP/CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications.

Qualifications

5 years’ experience leading multiple facilities across a large geography.
Bachelor’s degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE related field.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated execution of enterprise level program deployment.
Deep understanding of EHS measurements, processes and metrics.
Experience managing internal and external teams to support multiple projects.
Professional certifications: BCSP CSP, CIH or CHMM.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate enterprise-wide safety initiatives and Safety Management System implementation.
Manage HammerTech updates aligned to Next 150 activities and reorganizations.
Develop automated data solutions for data collection and integration to the management system.
Create standardized performance dashboards and analytics.
Partner with Training, Operations, Equipment and other departments to align safety with directives.
Analyze data for QA/QC to ensure data integrity.
Assist with development of safety and health programs.
Provide administrative support to the safety team as needed.
