Qualifications

• 5 years' experience leading multiple facilities across a large geography.
• Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE.
• Professional certifications: BCSP, CSP, CIH or CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide safety initiatives and training.
• Support Safety Management System implementation and compliance.
• Develop and maintain safety dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, Equipment and other teams.
