Job summary

Ferguson Electric is seeking a Safety Professional to lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of our safety program across projects and activities. You will drive compliance with OSHA standards while promoting a proactive safety culture and managing training initiatives.

The role focuses on field inspections, incident investigations, and collaboration with project teams to address safety concerns and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) with 5+ years in safety, preferably construction/electrical contracting.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour Construction Safety certification is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of safety policies, procedures, and programs with the Director of Safety.
• Oversee maintenance and enhancement of the safety management system and related documents.
• Establish, track, and report safety goals and KPIs to senior leadership.
