Job summary

Safety Plus Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager for EdgePro Services to lead safety programs for diverse clients in manufacturing, construction, and industrial settings.

You will assess client operations, design safety management systems, and drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and data-driven actions. Regular travel and strategic advising are required to enhance safety culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, USDOT, MSHA, and related compliance requirements.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver timely safety guidance.
• Excellent documentation and professional reporting; clear client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety evaluations and design tailored safety management systems.
• Develop and monitor client-specific safety performance metrics.
• Deliver trainings and workshops to client staff and safety teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely support.
• Analyze audits and incident data to drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Build strong client relationships and advocate for safety program maturity.
