Job summary

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in metal fabrication, including threading and fabrication processes.
  • Experience supervising manufacturing or production teams, preferably on a night shift.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC plasma cutting operations required.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication shop operations, quality control, and shipping coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP, WMS, or manufacturing software preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, production, staffing, and workflow issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate production status, quality concerns, maintenance needs, and operational updates to day shift management.
