Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking an experienced Safety Officer for a major hyperscale data center project in Colorado.

The role reports to the Senior Safety Manager and focuses on supporting the daily safety program, OSHA compliance, inspections, and coordination with subcontractors to drive a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience on mission-critical, data center or advanced technology construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience coordinating safety with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day site safety program and OSHA compliance.

Colorado | Up to $160,000 Base + 20% Bonus + Up to $8,000/Month Per Diem

A leading General Contractor with 500+ employees is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join its team on a major 300MW hyperscale data center project in Colorado. The company has a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across the US and is a recognised leader in the mission-critical sector, partnering with some of the world's largest technology companies.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Safety Manager, you will support the day-to-day site safety program, OSHA compliance, inspections, subcontractor coordination and overall project safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Supporting implementation of the project safety program.
• Conducting site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensuring OSHA and project-specific safety compliance.
• Coordinating with subcontractors on safety performance.
• Identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
• Supporting incident investigations and reporting.
• Conducting safety meetings, orientations and training.
• Maintaining safety documentation and project records.
• Working closely with project management and field teams to maintain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Previous Safety experience on mission-critical, advanced technology or data center projects.
• Experience working on large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• OSHA 30 required.
• CHST, CSP or OSHA 500 is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

• Up to $160,000 base salary DOE
