The ideal candidate will lead safety programs, conduct inspections, perform JHAs, and ensure OSHA compliance on a demanding construction site while promoting a strong safety culture among management, subcontractors, and craft personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and construction safety best practices.
• Ability to work outdoors on active construction sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and field observations.
• Ensure OSHA standards and project-specific safety policies compliance.
• Lead new hire safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, inspections, and training records.
• Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and craft personnel to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Monitor high-risk activities, including crane operations, excavation, confined space, fall protection, hot work, and electrical safety.
• Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety leader with experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction environments. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and field observations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety policies.
