Job summary

Amazon's North American Surface Transportation Safety & Compliance (NAST S&C) is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join Safety Monitoring in Tempe, AZ. You will run monthly data checks, validate records, and report results, escalating any data issues to the Safety Monitoring manager.

You will support both 3P carrier monitoring and TOM fleet monitoring, preparing recurring metrics for business reviews and ensuring records and templates are up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience analyzing data in Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Pull safety data from FMCSA SMS and internal sources on the monthly schedule.
• Validate records against source data and document checks.
• Keep SIM and Asana updated with current case status.
• Prepare recurring metrics for business reviews (e.g., suspension and reinstatement counts).
• Keep procedure documents current and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate data discrepancies and anything with possible legal exposure.
