Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Construction Safety Manager for a Weston, WI project. This 5-day assignment oversees electrical conduit pre-installation safety, conveyor installation, contractor coordination, and site safety compliance.

You will lead field safety, ensure LOTO and signage, perform site inspections, review permits, and coordinate with project management to protect personnel and maintain schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety with 3+ years of safety experience.
• CSP or CHST certification with 5+ years of safety experience.
• OSHA 510 certification with 7+ years of safety experience.
• Current First Aid / CPR certification.
• Personal laptop or tablet required.
• Minimum of three LOTO tags.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite safety oversight for electrical conduit installation activities.
• Monitor conveyor and material handling system installation operations.
• Verify proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Ensure barriers, signage, and hazard communication requirements are followed.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Review work plans, permits, and pre-task safety preparations.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements.
• Assist with incident response, investigations, and corrective actions if needed.
• Maintain required safety documentation and project records.
• Support and reinforce safe work practices throughout the project.
• Communicate proactively with contractor supervision and client representatives.

Construction Safety Manager

Location: Weston, WI
Duration: 5 Days (Start: 10/26)
Type: 1099 Contractor

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $55/hr
Per Diem: $150/day (7 Days Per Diem)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 50 Hours Per Week
