Duration: 12 Months (Immediate Need)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Pay Rate: $70/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local)
Overtime: Paid After 40 Hours at 1.4x Base Rate
Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 50-60 Hours Per Week

Join an electrical contractor supporting a large-scale data center construction project. This is a leadership-level safety opportunity overseeing electrical installation, utility construction, and multiple field safety technicians throughout the project.
The Project Safety Manager will serve as the lead onsite safety professional, providing direction to the safety team while partnering with project management, electrical supervision, subcontractors, and craft personnel. This position requires someone who can balance hands-on field engagement with the leadership and coordination responsibilities necessary to drive consistent safety performance across a fast-paced, mission-critical project.
Minimum 10 years of construction site safety experience
Minimum 3 years of experience serving in a Lead Safety Manager, Project Safety Manager, or comparable onsite safety leadership role
NFPA 70E Training/Certification
Current First Aid/CPR Certification
Strong electrical construction safety experience
CHST Certification
OSHA 500 Certification
Data center or mission-critical construction experience
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous energy control experience
Electrical energization and commissioning experience
Utility construction experience
Additional ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
