Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Construction Project Safety Manager for a large-scale data center build in Santa Teresa, NM. This leadership role oversees electrical installation, utility construction, and a team of field safety technicians, balancing hands-on field engagement with coordination at the management level.
You will drive safety performance, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and ensure NFPA 70E compliance across the site.

Duration: 12 Months (Immediate Need)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Pay Rate: $70/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local)
Overtime: Paid After 40 Hours at 1.4x Base Rate
Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 50-60 Hours Per Week
