Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking an experienced Safety Specialist in Dallas, TX to support our growing commercial construction projects. You will drive OSHA compliance, lead daily safety meetings, and ensure a culture of safety where every worker goes home safe.

Qualifications include 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, OSHA 500 or BCSP, and a safety-related bachelor’s degree. Mon-Sat work, with strong PPE oversight and safety audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct construction safety experience required.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Active OSHA 500 and/or BCSP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in an environmental or safety related field.
• Ability to work and commit to Mon-Sat schedule required.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability.

Responsibilities
