Job summary

Jobot, an employee-owned construction safety contractor, is seeking a safety professional with 3+ years of experience to drive safety culture on active projects in the Southwest. The role focuses on site audits, incident investigations, and safety program improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• Heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, underground, or infrastructure experience preferred
• OSHA 500/510 certification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience with ISNetworld is preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and project teams to promote a strong safety culture across active construction projects
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing employee development
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs and procedures
