Overview

Are you passionate about safety? Seeking to effectively assist with running the day-to-day safety compliance of construction jobsites? Do you understand, practice and want to train safety practices and ensure they are carried out on a daily basis? If so, we are seeking a Safety Manager to work for our mature, but growing and dynamic company. This position will be responsible to work alongside the Safety Team in all phases of safety compliance and training by helping to administer the company’s safety program on a daily basis. The Safety Manager will provide guidance, direction and training to all onsite crews in the areas of OSHA compliance, as well as federal, state and local safety rules and regulations applicable to Hausmann Construction. The Safety Manager will help ensure company-wide training is conducted, assist in accident investigations, participate in regular jobsite compliance inspections and take corrective action when needed, and confirm that safety is the top priority at every stage of a project.
