Eurest, a Compass Group company, seeks a Manager of QA and Safety to lead quality programs, ensure USDA/FDA compliance, and uphold food safety standards across corporate dining operations.

You will train teams, conduct audits, coordinate HACCP, and develop safety KPIs, reporting to Corporate QA and District Leadership. Requires a Bachelor's or 5+ years in hospitality QA and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with hospitality/food service QA focus.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or food service QA/food safety.
• CPFS, REHS, RS, and California ServSafe Proctor Certification required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA alignment with Compass standards and HACCP certification.
• Conduct monthly QA and safety audits across all lines of business.
• Develop and monitor safety KPI's and reports for Corporate QA and District Leadership.
• Lead QA onboarding and ongoing training for hourly and salaried associates.
