ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead occupational safety across regional projects, based in Ashburn, VA or Sunbury, PA. You will develop ES&H policies, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and related regulations.

You will collaborate with senior management to shape safety strategy, perform audits, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong field relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, environmental health, safety management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in building and electrical construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, NFPA 70E safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent computer, communication, and training skills.
• Basic project management experience and understanding of project life cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Creates, implements, and communicates safety programs and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Directs safety inspections and audits of job sites to identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Advises project teams on safety compliance and holds employees accountable to policies.
• Leads incident response, investigations, and coordination with claims and legal teams.
• Plans safety training and ensures orientation and ongoing education for staff.
