PeopleLift in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to champion safety across multiple projects. You will develop and execute health and safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee training, and manage incident response.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, RAMS/LMRA, using Evotix for reporting and analytics, and coordinating with safety suppliers; travel between sites is required as needed.

• Develop and implement comprehensive H&S strategies across all locations.
• Conduct RAMS/LMRA and ensure regulatory and client compliance.
• Lead health and safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks; keep certification registries.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions; act as First Aider.
• Oversee Evotix for incident reporting, observations, analytics, and training improvements.
• Coordinate with safety suppliers to ensure proper resources and equipment.
