ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a National Safety Manager based on a project site near Ashburn, VA. The role provides regional safety leadership across multiple projects, guiding ES&H programs and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

The ideal candidate will promote a safety-first culture, mentor teams, and coordinate with management, safety teams, and subcontractors to reduce injuries and incidents. Travel to project sites will be required.

Formación

• Excellent computer, communication, and training skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic project management experience and skills.
• Understanding of the project life cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Creates, implements, and communicates safety strategies, programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
• Directs development of effective safety strategy to assess and mitigate safety threats and incidents.
• Advises project teams on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions; coaches on safety.
• Directs safety inspections and audits of job sites to identify hazards and promote safe practices.
• Oversees OSHA, MSHA, DOT inspections and related follow-up procedures.
• Maintains safety documentation and training in Safety Management System; ensures OSHA requirements are followed.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
