Job summary

Noor Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee jobsite safety on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will develop, implement, and enforce site safety programs across complex sites while conducting inspections and hazard assessments.

Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, training field crews on OSHA compliance, partnering with superintendents to integrate safety into planning, and maintaining exhaustive safety documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience in commercial/industrial construction on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 required; CHST/CSP a plus.
• Experience managing safety across multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to enforce safety while partnering with field teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

What You'll Do:

• Partner with project superintendents and PMs to integrate safety into project planning and scheduling
• Maintain safety documentation, certifications, and regulatory reporting (OSHA 300 logs, etc.)
• Drive a proactive safety culture across all levels of the project team

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of safety management experience in commercial/industrial construction, with a track record on large-scale projects
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 required, CHST/CSP a plus)
• Experience managing safety across multiple trades and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to hold the line on safety while staying a trusted partner to field teams
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)

Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 (based on experience) Location: Phoenix, AZ
