Job summary

Partnership Employment is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a highly regarded AEC firm in Chicagoland. You will oversee safety across construction projects, developing programs that protect workers and the organization.

You will lead policy development, drive accountability, ensure regulatory reporting and compliance, and mentor field teams while promoting a supportive work culture and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in a construction setting.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Experience leading safety initiatives and program management.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

An extremely well regarded and award winning AEC firm in Chicagoland is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to oversee their construction projects and overall safety for the company.

You will develop, implement, and lead safety initiatives that comply with all local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a proactive culture of risk prevention and accountability.
