Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support major water, wastewater, and underground utility projects in Texas. You will partner with operations and project teams to foster a strong safety culture, conduct site audits, and lead incident investigations.

The role requires 3+ years in construction safety, OSHA 500/510 certification, and strong communication. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus, with ISNetworld experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• Heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, underground, or infrastructure experience preferred.
• OSHA 500/510 certification.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with ISNetworld is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and project teams to promote a strong safety culture across active construction projects.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing employee development.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs and procedures.
