Job summary

Hatched Recruitment Group, Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety across active projects, develop site-specific plans, and elevate the company’s safety culture.

You will work with senior leadership, project managers and field supervision to implement training, inspections and corrective actions, ensuring OSHA compliance and practical safety across commercial and civil infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Experience with commercial, civil, utility, water/wastewater or similar construction projects.
• Experience with jobsite inspections, JHAs, incident investigations and safety training.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the confidence to work directly with field teams.
• A practical, hands-on approach to construction safety.

Responsibilities

Salary: GBP130000 - GBP150000 per annum

We are working with a growing Texas-based construction contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, civil infrastructure, underground utility and water-related projects.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Safety Manager to take a leading role in maintaining and developing safety standards across their projects.

You'll be joining a business where safety is an important part of project delivery and where your experience can directly influence the continued development of the safety function.

With exposure to commercial construction, civil infrastructure, underground utilities and water-related projects, this role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience while taking on greater responsibility within a growing organization.

The Role
