Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 Annually
- Annual bonus (5-10% of salary based on personal and company performance)
- Benefits: Full Benefits Package
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
- Additional Schedule Details: Frequent field presence required across multiple active projects throughout the Washington, DC region.

The Safety Manager will oversee safety performance across multiple active projects, manage onsite safety representatives, conduct field observations, support incident investigations, and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
- EM 385-1-1 Training/Certification
- Current First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
- Minimum 5+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
- Previous Safety Management Experience Required
- Experience Managing Multiple Construction Sites Simultaneously
- Experience Leading Accident and Incident Investigations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) Highly Preferred
- CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, or Other BCSP Credential
- OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 510 Certification
- Federal Construction Experience
- Military Construction Experience
- Data Center Construction Experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide safety leadership across multiple active construction projects
- Manage and mentor onsite safety representatives assigned to project sites
- Maintain a strong field presence through routine site visits and observations
- Develop, implement, and manage company safety programs and initiatives
- Conduct site audits, inspections, observations, and hazard assessments
- Lead accident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385, client, and project-specific requirements
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and safety plans
- Conduct safety training, orientations, and workforce engagement activities
- Work directly with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership
- Track safety performance metrics and reporting requirements
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all assigned projects
