Job summary

FDRsafety is seeking a Safety Manager for a 6-12 month commercial construction project near Vernon, TX. This role requires working Monday–Saturday, 6- to 10-hour days, in a dayshift schedule for the duration of the project.

You will develop, execute, and enforce Health and Safety Policies and Programs across all job sites, ensure OSHA compliance, and lead investigations into incidents. Per diem is available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consecutive commercial construction experience as a safety professional in a supervisory role and an OSHA 30 in Construction is required.
• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, risk management, occupational safety or construction is strongly preferred.
• CHST (BCSP) certification is strongly preferred.
• OSHA 510 Certification is strongly preferred.
