Job summary

FDRsafety, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager for a 6-12 month commercial construction project near Hubbard, TX. The role requires delivering safety leadership on site, developing and enforcing Health and Safety Policies across multiple job sites, and managing adherence to OSHA standards throughout the project duration.

The position involves a Monday-Saturday schedule, 6-10 hours per day, with per diem available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consecutive commercial construction experience as a safety professional in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, risk management, occupational safety or construction preferred.
• CHST (BCSP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and update safety practices and procedures in adherence to changing legal and OSHA requirements.
• Conduct special studies and investigations related to health and safety matters for the company.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.

This individual will be expected to work on a Monday-Saturday, 6-10, dayshift schedule for the duration of the project. This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and enforcement of Health and Safety Policies and Programs on all project job sites. Per diem is available for non-local candidates.

Education /Knowledge:
