Job summary

Techtronic Industries in Anderson, SC seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and regulatory programs across distribution centers. You will partner with operations to build a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, and support efficient warehouse operations through training, audits, incident prevention, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, incident investigations, and leadership capabilities to coach cross-functional teams and drive safety performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable regulations.
• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding programs.
• Monitor warehouse traffic, powered industrial trucks, dock operations, racking systems, and material handling processes.

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Safety Manager within multiple Distribution Centers. The Distribution Center Safety Manager leads all safety, health, and regulatory compliance activities within the distribution center. The role partners with operations leadership to build a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and support efficient warehouse operations through training, auditing, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk distribution center floors for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs, access mezzanines, and inspect warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to respond to emergencies across all facility areas.

Working Conditions

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of WMS and warehouse automation.
