Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and regulatory compliance across multiple distribution centers.

The role partners with operations leadership to foster a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, and support efficient warehouse operations through training and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will oversee audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions, while delivering safety training and ensuring adherence to OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership in distribution/warehousing/logistics/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing corrective actions.

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Safety Manager within multiple Distribution Centers. The Distribution Center Safety Manager leads all safety, health, and regulatory compliance activities within the distribution center. The role partners with operations leadership to build a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and support efficient warehouse operations through training, auditing, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk distribution center floors for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs, access mezzanines, and inspect warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to respond to emergencies across all facility areas.

Working Conditions

• Frequent exposure to forklifts, conveyors, shipping docks, and material handling equipment.
• Combination of office and floor presence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSP, ASP, CHST, OSHA 30-Hour, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in high-volume distribution center environments.
• Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience.Knowledge of WMS and warehouse automation.
