Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and regulatory compliance across its distribution centers, partnering with operations to foster a proactive safety culture and support efficient warehouse operations through training, audits, incident prevention and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, 5+ years of safety leadership in distribution or manufacturing, and strong OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable regs.
• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding programs.
• Monitor warehouse traffic, powered industrial trucks, and dock operations.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Communicate safety metrics and recommendations to leadership.
