Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and regulatory compliance across multiple distribution centers.

You will partner with operations leadership to build a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, and ensure compliance while supporting efficient warehouse operations through training, audits, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding programs.
• Monitor warehouse operations, equipment, and safety performance metrics.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Communicate safety results and recommendations to leadership.
