Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Safety Manager for its distribution centers.

You will lead safety, health, and regulatory compliance, partnering with operations to build a proactive safety culture that protects people and assets. Responsibilities include developing programs, conducting audits and incident investigations, delivering training, and guiding continuous improvement in warehouse traffic, dock operations, and material handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable regulations.
• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding programs.
• Monitor warehouse traffic, powered industrial trucks, dock operations, racking systems, and material handling processes.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Communicate safety performance metrics and recommendations to leadership.
