The Safety Manager supports the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety & Health Program across heavy civil construction projects. This role requires a proven ability to work in high-risk, complex environments and to foster a strong safety culture through engagement, training, and field leadership.

The salary range for this position is between $125,000-$150,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
