Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Sapulpa, OK seeks an experienced Safety Manager for a temp-to-hire role in an industrial environment. The position offers $22–$25/hour, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (50 hrs/week) with 100% employer-paid healthcare for employee and family.

Must have 30‑Hour OSHA General Industry certification, 30‑Hour General Industry Outreach Trainer certification, valid driver’s license, and a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent safety experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent safety experience/training.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety.
• Ability to conduct safety meetings, inspections, training, and accident investigations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings, job-site inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and recommend preventative measures.
• Complete and submit required safety reports.
• Coordinate and conduct job-specific safety training.
• Travel to work sites as needed and deliver safety equipment.
• Supervise and train employees while addressing safety concerns.

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established organization located in Sapulpa, Ok.

MUST-HAVES

• 30-Hour OSHA General Industry certification
• 30-Hour General Industry Outreach Trainer certification

• Clean/acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent safety experience/training
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety
• Ability to conduct safety meetings, inspections, training, and accident investigations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely around moving equipment
• Comfortable working in a safety-sensitive, industrial environment
