Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an OSHA 500 Train the Trainer certification or CHST/CSP or a BS in EH&S with several years of site supervision experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 Train the Trainer certification or CHST/CSP or BS in EH&S required.
• 6 years of experience overseeing commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Proficient in safety reporting tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety standards to ensure compliance with OSHA and client standards.
• Conduct safety audits, hazmat assessments and incident investigations.
• Support toolbox talks, safety orientations and field-level training.
• Possess strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Interface with site personnel and management to promote proactive safety culture.
• Maintain extensive documentation and digital safety reporting records.
• Maintain and update the client’s compliance platform.

We place Safety personnel with major Fortune 500 companies daily.

Upcoming locations-Lebanon, OH, Tucson, AZ

7 days of per diem, mileage and travel time

Overtime

The Safety Managers should have an OSHA 500-Train the Trainer and 6 years experience or a CHST/CSP with 5 years/ a BS Degree in EH&S with 3 years of prior experience overseeing commercial or industrial construction sites. Candidates will oversee onsite safety programs and document all safety observations to the Senior Safety Director.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety standards to ensure compliance with OSHA ad client specific standards
• Conduct safety audits, hazmat assessments and incident investigations.
• Support toolbox talks, safety orientations and field level training
• Possess good verbal and written communications skills
• Interface with site personnel and management to promote proactive safety culture
• Extensive documentation, organizational and technical writing skills
• Maintain accurate records, safety audits and etc. utilizing digital reporting tools.
• Assumes responsibility of monitoring, updating, and maintaining client’s compliance platform.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a verifiable OSHA 500 Train the Trainer certification or verifiable CHST/CSP or BS Degree in EH&S
• Must be highly proficient with and possess certifications for:
• LOTO, Fall protection, NFPA 70-E, First aid/CPR/AED
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore or other safety reporting tool).
