Cooper Equipment Rentals is seeking a Safety Manager to lead a safety-first culture across all operations. You will drive data-driven safety improvements and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations while overseeing fleet safety across facilities and jobsites.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OS&H or related field and 5+ years of safety leadership in construction or equipment environments.

We are currently seeking a Safety Manager to join the Cooper Equipment team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization and implementing and delivering measurable improvements in safety performance. This position requires a safety-first mindset and deep understanding of construction and equipment safety standards, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence and make data-driven recommendations.
