MH Civil Constructors, Inc. seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across our heavy civil projects in Texas, protecting workers and driving a culture of safety excellence.

You will develop policies, conduct site inspections, train teams on PPE, investigate incidents, and coordinate with project managers to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor in construction.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and training abilities with diverse teams.
• Ability to perform comprehensive safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Experience with safety management software and tools.
• CPR/First Aid certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures per regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Train workers on safe practices, emergency procedures, and PPE usage.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and preventive actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and trainings.
• Advise project managers on safety matters and improvements.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in external audits.
• Monitor safety program implementations and provide guidance.
• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry trends.
• Foster a safety-conscious culture and coordinate with subs/vendors.
