Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a safety-focused professional in Minnesota to oversee vegetation management safety, compliance, training, and incident investigations. The role requires experience in tree trimming or line clearance crews, knowledge of ANSI Z133 and A300 standards, and the ability to train others in safe work practices.

Responsibilities include conducting site safety inspections, maintaining records, coordinating emergency responses, and enforcing safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility vegetation management or line clearance.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133 Safety Requirements and ANSI A300 Tree Care Standards.
• OSHA regulations and safe work practices in vegetation management.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and circuit maps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and regulations are followed at all times.
• Conduct safety inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records per regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching and feedback on safety.
• Lead safety meetings and job briefings to reinforce safe work practices.
• Coordinate emergency response and support service restoration.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce on-the-job safety standards.
