Job summary

Wright Tree Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced safety-focused professional to oversee vegetation management activities in Minnesota.

The role emphasizes tree trimming near energized lines, compliance with OSHA/ANSI standards, and leading safety briefings and training. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in utility vegetation management, a valid driver's license, and certifications in First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility vegetation management or line clearance.
• Knowledge of tree identification and pruning near energized conductors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Wright Tree Service safety policies and regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records per regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety trainings and job briefings.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching to staff.
• Respond to emergencies and support service restoration.
• Coordinate with management on safety concerns.
