Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee regional safety leadership across multiple projects in San Jose, CA. You will develop and enforce ES&H policies, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, and client requirements.

You will coordinate safety training, conduct audits, and manage incident investigations while working with project managers and leadership to drive a strong safety culture. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, environmental health, construction safety management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in building and electrical construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Direct safety inspections and audits across project sites and report findings.
• Provide coaching on safety policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and other regulatory inspections and follow-up.
• Utilize EHS Insight for incident tracking, training, and documentation.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate with claims and legal teams.
