Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. is hiring a Safety Manager for our Random Lake, WI location. You will provide proactive leadership to promote our safety culture and work with the Corporate Safety/Loss Control Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, leading incident analysis, conducting inspections, and coordinating safety training. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of safety program leadership experience.
• OSHA training certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Federal, State and local safety regulations (OSHA and workers’ compensation).
• Lead incident analysis and manage open claims closure.
• Conduct plant inspections and address unsafe conditions.
• Organize safety training and new hire orientations.
• Budget, purchase and maintain PPE.
• Build and maintain SMS for the location.
