Job summary

Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator based in Reno, Nevada. You will implement and administer the HSE Management Plan for projects, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and contractor safety performance.

You will lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions while promoting a proactive safety culture on site. The role requires a strong field presence and the ability to manage multiple safety priorities in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE experience in industrial construction or power generation.
• Experience working with contractors and managing project safety programs.
• Incident investigation and corrective action experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the project‑specific HSE Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state regulations, and company HSE requirements.
• Conduct routine field observations, inspections, and audits to verify compliance.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and enforce project safety expectations.
• Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA), and Safe Work Plans.
• Participate in construction planning meetings to identify and mitigate hazards prior to work execution.
• Assist with development and implementation of site‑specific procedures and work instructions.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and visible field presence.
