Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Site Safety Manager to lead HSE programs across Sparks, NV sites, reporting to the Safety Director. You will develop, implement, and audit safety policies, and guide field teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include onsite walks, hazard prevention, incident investigations, and maintaining safety records. Strong OSHA/NFPA knowledge and proficiency with MS Office and safety software are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site safety management experience in a commercial construction setting.
• OSHA 510 certification is required, OSHA 500 preferred.
• NFPA 70E familiarity and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) competency.
• Strong technical knowledge and executive-level administrative skills.
• Experience preparing and managing incident reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, PDF editors, Safety Culture Auditor, Box and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Onsite 5 days a week at job site and conduct site walks.
• Perform hazard prevention and inspections to ensure safe work environments.
• Act as technical safety advisor to management and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Document incidents, develop corrective actions, and track safety trends.
• Mentor management towards a proactive safety culture and coordinate training.
