Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking interns for its Safety Division in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The program prepares you for leadership roles on and off the jobsite and offers hands-on experience in project engineering and field management.

Interns will participate in field safety walks, support safety managers with orientations, complete incident reports, and help coordinate safety programs with subcontractors. Relocation may be required for some roles; a living allowance is available.

Qualifications

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• The ability to work a 12-week work schedule is preferred.
• Specific roles may require relocation with a living allowance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field safety walks
• Help safety manager with first day safety orientations for new employees
• Complete accident and incident reports
• Oversee safety and health of personnel on company jobsites
• Help safety manager coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors, ensuring company safety policies are understood and implemented

Education
